Aqualisa shower processor

I get no lights on my shower and it doesn't switch on, I've rebooted the processor and a green light comes on and a red light in the processor. Is it the processor or something else?

The controller maybe faulty or the cable to it depending on the set up you have , but the only way to check this is to replace it. If the processor is the cause then you will have to contact Aqualisa direct.
