No Hot water

Hi



my Aqualisa Quartz A2 (grey box) no longer gives hot water. Shower runs and stops accordingly but no hot water occurs. Turning the cold flow metre off you can hear the pump going but no water. Is this fixable? I bought a new processes (2nd hand) and replaced the shower which worked fine for (30 secs) then after pressing the power button and turning the shower unit off the water continued to flow) is this problem fixable?

According to the manufacturer there are no serviceable parts in these units. But they do have a 5 year guarantee.
