This question is regarding Aqualisa Quartz Digital Processor (BLACK) - Spare Parts

aqua lisa quartz a1 processor

My Aqua lisa quartz a1 is not allowing hot water to be produced ,all other bathroom water is running hot.

but on the shower the thermostat on the shower wall just continues to flash on red .

Is it possibly just blocked filters on the unit or would this not cause that problem ? The unit is only approx 4 years old.

If it is only 4 years old give aqualisa a ring it has a 5 year guarantee
