The power to the shower has been off a while now when I turned it back at the mains on all the lights flash ON and OFF even on the remote ON/OFF and none of the controls work? Is it a problem with the pump/processor?

Yes it is the processor. If it is only 4 years old give aqualisa a ring it has a 5 year guarantee.

If older than this you will have to buy a new processor.
