Aqualisa quartz a2 no water

I've just fitted a new black processor but still not working. Both lights were on constantly on prior to changing unit now when powered up the boost light flashes and still no water.

I presume that this is a new unit and you have gone through the set up procedure?

If that is the case then you are probably best to give Aqualisa a ring, I wouldn't want to suggest something then find out that I have invalidated your guarantee.
