Dripping shower

Hi, I have an aqualisa quarts A2 which keeps dripping. I followed instructions to realease spring and washer and apply grease but this doesn't seem to have cured the problem. Is there anything else I should check/service to cure this issue?

Unfortunately there is nothing else you can do  looks like it’s a new processor.
