Electric shower

I have an aqualisa quartz 9.5 electric shower that will not switch on. Can u tell me why please?

Check there is a minimum of 230volts at the connector block in the shower , if not then the isolation switch has gone high resistence and needs to be replaced.
If power is ok then it is a shower fault and if it is under 2 years old it is still under makers g`tee so suggest you contact Aqualisa direct.
