10.5kW Turns off after brief blue flash and pulse of water

Similar problem to question 2 years ago: I have an Aqualisa Quartz Electric 10.5 shower which has just started malfunctioning. When I press the On button it briefly illuminates blue and a short burst of water comes out then it turns off straight away. The solenoid cuts in but drops out straight away. Water pressure ok. Any ideas which part is faulty? Board examined -- shows signs of overheating around two components. Is it more likely a problem with the board or solenoid and keeping button pressed to try to start shower? (two components top right)

It could be the pcb on the cover that is faulty, I would change the cover first.
