Power light is dim and sometimes flickering

Just had the shower retiled by the builder as they did a poor job in the first place. Now the shower power light is quite dim and flickering sometimes. Had a quick look at the PCB board and there are some scorch marks on it. Suggestions on next action? Shower is currently isolated as it does worry me water and electrics. Shower is 16 months old. I will follow it up with the builder to see if it can be replaced FOC first.

This has a 5 year guarantee if there scorch marks on the PCB then the best option may be to go back to Aqualisa
