Shower turn off after 1 sec

The shower cuts out after approx 1 sec. It eventually stays on if I keep pressing it over and over again. Any idea if it is just a faulty on/off switch or something more compilcated?

You may have a faulty front cover, or the engine could be the cause. The only way to test this is by substitution.

I have replaced the front cover and the engine. Initially the blue light around the on button stayed on for 1 second. It not longer comes on at all.

Any tips??

Thanks in advance

If after replacing the front cover and the engine you still have a problem, then it is not the shower which is faulty but the electrics.
