Shower is fine then clicks and goes cold

Hi. I have an Aqualisa Quartz Electric 9.5, when I operate the shower it's fine for a few minutes then makes a clicking sound, then goes cold. It stays cold for 10 seconds then goes warm again. Have you got a replacement part you can recommend? Thanks.

This is due to a flow a flow problem which is activating the tco.
The function of the TCO is, if the water over heats it cuts the power off to the elements until the water cools.
Check that the inlet valves to the shower are fully open and that the head and hose are not blocked.

If these are fine then you will need a new engine.
