Unit turns off

The unit turns off after a short while, it can be turned back on but it continues to turn off. On investigation of the PCB there is an area on the flush mounted resistor that is scorch marked and very hot to the touch. Can I obtain a new PCB?

For this unit there are no internal spares it is just a caseof replacing the engine or the front cover assembly if it is a PCB fault.
