This question is regarding Aqualisa Quartz - Thermostatic - Shower Spares

Constant leak on a Aqualisa Quartz Thermo

I have a constant leak on said shower, the shower is turned off but there is a constant small flow out of the head, i have taken the head and hose off at the wall and the flow is still there. The unit is stripped back to the wall but no sign of a seal gone but obviously there is one gone but i don't know where, any clues????

There is an "O" ring at the back of the cartridge or attached to the body which may cause this, but it maybe a faulty cartridge.
