This question is regarding Aqualisa Thermostatic Cartridge Gbp - 900303

Gainsborough GS400

Unable to turn off shower. Used 3in1 oil to free up. Is this a sign that cartridge needs changing? Shower is in hard water area. Recently converted hot water system to pressurised. Shower is pumped not gravity.Girlfriend cleans shower with vinegar! Advice appreciated.

Yes vinegar can sometimes free these things off, however in this case I think you need a new cartridge.
