Aqualisa 605 low water pressure

Hi - we have an Aqualisa 605 (I think) built in shower (installed before we moved in) that has slowly gradually been losing water pressure over a period of time (a few years) - shower is still usable but would like to fix if possible - would this mean a replacement cartridge?

Check that the head and hose are clear and if so a new cartridge may be needed.
