aqualisa 609 mixing valves

I have an Aqualisa Thermostatic Chrome shower purchased in May 2000 which as now got a constant drip. I have removed the Thermostatic Cartridge which is grey & black stamped on the body is the no 1366. We have had it connected to a combi boiler ie Vaillant Ecotech plus 831. Not sure what to replace the cartridge with, should I stick to the same valve which I think is your ref 22801 or should it be replaced with a pink one. Thanks Bill Boardman

Use the pink cartridge.

The standard cartridge will work well enough as long as the pressure is not to high and the pressure is reasonably well balanced.

However the pink cartridge is the one that is designed for combi boilers.
