Replacement Cartridge Identification

My mum who’s 91 has an old late 80’s Aqualisa concealed shower valve in a white casing. Could you identify the required parts from a photo. Shower drips constantly.

It is going to need a new cartridge (Part 5) there two options Grey or Pink you will have to remove the knobs to discover which you have.
