valve itself seems to be leaking behind tiles

I seem to have a leak in my ensuite shower that has flooded the adjacent bedroom carpet. Is this likely to be a fault with the valve seals, the cartridge or a more basic dislodged feed pipe? The shower holds the correct temperature and doesn't leak from the shower heads

I don’t think the valve its self will be leaking, the only possibility I can think of is the cartridge may be leaking the water dripping on to the shroud then running backwards into the wall.

I am afraid you are going to have to remove the covers and perhaps even a little of the wall to check.

I just bought a new cartridge because it was dripping at the nozel.

I've straight forwarded replaced old for new. My gravity shower will not stop dripping even when the water nozel is totally turned off.

It's been doing so for 2 days now.

I then replaced my old cartridge back to the old. It's still leaking at the shower head.

I'm totally frustrated with this. Please can you advise me. Thx Amit
