This question is regarding Aqualisa Grey Gravity/Pumped Thermostatic Cartridge with Gasket - 022801

washer? Aqualisa Thermostatic cartridge grey

I have an Aqualisa shower which has been dripping from the shower head. I also have another one which is ok so I swapped the two grey thermostatic cartridges around. The original leaking one istill dripping but not quite as bad and the other one is ok??? I can't find any washers to replace only the large gasket at the front and a small cone filter at the back, Can anyone explain if there is a washer somewhere that i simply can't see or better still show me a drawing or photo as I don't want to buy another cartridge if it won't cure my problem.

I am afraid that the cartridge is a sealed unit and if theshower is dripping then you are going to need a new cartridge The large gasketis only to seal the cartridge to the body.
