Which on/off Knob for Aqual-022801

I purchased a replacement Aqual-022801 from you but the original on/off knob I had also needs replacing. Which on/off Knob will fit on this cartridge?

This cartridge fits in a number of showers. if you can tell us which one you have or send us a picture we will tell you if the knobs are available.

Attached are pictures showing the shower with the on/off knob on and off. I need the same knob. Cheers Denis
