Aqualisa hydramax gravity fed

Hi there, can you purchase the washers that come with the cartridge separately? The cartridge seems to be working fine but is leaking from the front of the valve. Thanks you in advance

You may have a damaged body or the www.showerdoc.com/aqualisa-gasket-609-213019 could be the cause.

The customer could have damaged the body yes I understand that. I watched the video of replacing a cartridge last night. Do you also sell the two “o” rings that also need replacing when changing the cartridge?

You can only buy the "gasket" as a separate item, the others are not sold by Aqualisa as spares.
