This question is regarding Aqualisa Grey Gravity/Pumped Thermostatic Cartridge with Gasket - 022801

Dripping thermostatic gravity shower

My 5 year old aqualisa drips when shut off. Is it necessary to replace the whole thermostatic cartridge or can a gasket or washer be replaced. I have dismantled and examined the internals and can't see any dirt or damage.

There are no servicable parts in the cartridge so a new cartridge is required, it can be ordered online by clicking on thr link below.
