This question is regarding Aqualisa Grey Gravity/Pumped Thermostatic Cartridge with Gasket - 022801

Shower won't turn off

I have a Gainsborough Ambassador mixer that has been working fine for a number of years. Last night it broke and would no longer turn off (I had to turn off the water) even though the handle turns. I assume I need a replacement cartridge but not sure which one. The one I took out was grey but two years ago I fitted a 2 bar pump (for both Hot and Cold) and didn't change the cartridge so was wondering if I need the high pressure one instead?



Also in your below answer I you mention an O ring does this come with the cartridge?

The AQUAL-022801 will be ok with your system and the "O" ring comes with the new cartridge.
