Difference between Varispray V Turbostream

What is the difference in flow rate between the Varispray and the Turbostream? And are there any other differences other than price?

gives a different spray pattern than the , www.showerdoc.com/aqualisa-varispray-shower-cassette-chrome-plated-164510
due to the different hole sizes , as seen on the pictures in the links above.
