This question is regarding Crosswater 3/4 Flow Cartridge - X2A071N

identify shower cartridge

can you confirm if Crosswater Flow Cartridge X2A071N is my cartridge from the attached product info. All the info I have - can't see any product codes on the mixer (too well built-in). Also cold water is leaking across into the hot flow and cooling it down. Is flow cartridge or thermostatic cartridge more likely culprit? Both look ok.

There is no product info attatched.

Cold water leaking into the hot is either a pressure issue or a faulty non return valve.
