Flow control after setting temperature

thanks for your videos. I set the flow control and water stops fine. Then adjusted temperature as per video but now the flow control doesn't fully stop water flow, and reluctant to tighten any further as its fairly tight already. Any ideas ?

You could try resetting the temperature to see if this helps. But you may have a faulty cartridge.
