Bristan's annual customer survey shows 84 per cent of individuals who have purchased its products are happy with them and the service they received.
Fiona Bowyer, head of marketing at the company, stated: "The voice of the customer survey is vitally important to Bristan as it helps us see what we do well as a company and also where we need to improve.
"This year's result is testament to the hard work that the whole company has put in over the last year."
She said the survey revealed nine in ten bathroom installers would recommend Bristan's products to others.
Ms Bowyer added it's important for the company to show it listens to the feedback it receives and by doing so it is able to develop and improve the products and services it offers.
Some of the main areas in which Bristan impressed customers are the ease of the ordering process, the speed with which products are delivered and the wide range of quality items that are available.
The company has released a number of new products over the past 12 months and invested heavily in improving its customer service through the implementation of a new customer relationship management system and taking on new staff in key roles.
Bristan's customer service scores were calculated in a survey of more than 300 people carried out by research organisation the Leadership Factor.
The company compiles a league table of the businesses it reviews each year and Bristan's high score means it ranks alongside the likes of Aviva, BMW and the Post Office.
