This question is regarding Bristan 1901 Concealed 3 Control Shower Valve - Shower Spares

no cold water

customer has Bristan 1901 Concealed 3 Control Shower Valve, temperature was not controllable , cartridge was changed but now only get hot water and no cold water flow. Pump has been checked no air lock.what could it be and what parts do i need?

Remove the thermostatic cartridge and shut off the hot to see if there is cold getting to the cartridge. If not the filter or the non return valves maybe sticking.
