We are having a problem at the moment with our ticketing systemit is running words together, we have people working on it!!

Areyou sure you have an 1901 Easytherm ?

Thisis the cartridge for the 1901 easytherm  http://www.showerdoc.com/BRIST-06734B-Bristan-Cartridge-(not-Threaded)-06734Band I have never known one to snap!

Thisis the cart 5 http://www.showerdoc.com/brist-06732compl-bristan-thermostatic-cartridge-(cart-5)-06732complwhich snaps off regularly.

Ifyou have the valve that uses the cart 5 cartridge then if you have a surfacebalve then you can fit a new back plate if you have a recessed valve then youare going to need a new shower.....( I haven’t known anyone getting the studout of the back of the shower.......Yet!)
