Bristan 1901 Shower Valve

the water supply arriving at the valve is hot but the shower spary does not get more than tepid. Have doen the troubleshooting steps advised by Bristan - no joy.

If there has been no change in supply method ie you have not changed to a combi boiler then you need a replacement cartridge which can be ordered online by clicking on the link below. If you have changed to a combi then it may be that the cold pressure is too high and is overpowering the hot , in this case fitting a pressure reducing valve in the cold feed would cure the problem.
