Head angle tension

Is the tension on this rail slider very strong or adjustable? I have to replace the slider for my large chrome shower head from the bathstore, it's the 15cm diameter head so quite heavy, I tried a std universal replacement but the tension was not strong enough to hold the head at an angle and just collapses. Is there any else recommended? I need 25mm

I wouldn’t say this is any more or less strong than any ofthe others however I don’t know what your existing one is like other than tosay that some of the B&Q type sliders can be fairly flimsy.
