Bristan Prism thermostatic cartridge

I have a Bristan Prism PM2 SHCVO C recessed dual control valve shower. The thermostatic part looks identical to the cartridge D282-027 but Prism is not listed in the showers that it fits. When you look up the part for the Prism shower a different cartridge is shown, not the one fitted to my shower. Can you help please. I have removed the existing cartridge, descaled it as per instruction (although it didn't look scaled up) and refitted it. Despite having a 60C hot feed through a dual pump ( balanced hot and cold) the temperature range on the valve is very limited. I suspect the thermostatic valve hence the need for a replacement.

If the issues are isolated to the shower then you would need to replace the cartridge as they cannot be repaired.

Going by the code you have given then this is the correct cartridge you would require - www.showerdoc.com/bristan-thermostatic-cartridge-d282-027
