Shower cartridge

Hi, I’m a plumber Ive been to a customers house and discovered the cartridge has gone on a bristan shower. I’ve emailed bristan the picture of the shower and they have said to me it is a aristan AR SHCVO C they also said if it is pre 2008 the cartridge is cart11 but it’s been discontinued, the shower is pre 2008 it was fitted in 2007. Can you help me get replacement cartridge?

But the shower shown AR SHCVO C has the , www.showerdoc.com/bristan-t-static-cart-shwr-bar-mixer-cart-06734b

in it.

To be sure which cartridge you need we would like to see the whole cartridge.
