Bristan shower Temp control

Our Bristan shower bar temperature adjustment dos not allow hot water through can you advise on possible problem

First remove the shower from the wall (Turn the water off first!) and check that the inlet filters are clear.

 

If they are OK and there is plenty of hot water getting to the valve then you are going to need a new temperature cartridge.
