Shower not getting hot.

I'm aware that each situation is different, but I have hot water running everywhere else in the house, apart from my en suite shower. If I replace product 5 in the diagram would this possibly solve the situation? As the shower just doesn't get hot.

Part 5 the thermostatic cartridge is the most likely fault.

 

However I would first remove the valve from the wall and check that the inlet filters are clean and clear if they are OK check both check valves to make sure that neither are stuck if these things are OK then it is almost certainly the cartridge that is at fault
