plenty of flow but no hot water

hi i am having no hot water but plenty of cold flow come through my shower,i have cleaned out the cartridge as per manufactorers instructions can u help me regarding what spare i would require? thanks

It would seem that you need a new thermostatic cartridge.

I believe that this is the one, but remove the old one and compare before ordering to make sure.
