Showerhead replacement

Hi, I own this shower, and this came in a new build house from around 10 years ago. The shower is excellent, very powerful. However, the chrome head is starting to leak and needs to be replaced. There are 60 small holes in it, and ideally I woudl like the same one from this Artesan range. For some reason, Bristan brought out a new "Artisan" range, which does not have this same shower head (or fittings). I only need a single head function. My water pressue is high and comes straight from the hot water tank. Please see a photo of my shower head and the packaging for it. Below i a link to the current Bristan heads any of the plastic style heads would work with your shower, mostly it is down to cost.
