Leaking Shower

Hi Shower Doctor, I have a customer with a Bristan Artisan dual control recessed shower valve which was installed in 2008. There is a continuous bead of water running from the top control knob which is getting gradually worse. The shower itself feeds a detachable shower hose and a bath overflow filler, meaning that it would seem the diverter is leaking.

I have found the relevant part on your website which states that the diverter cartridge (Prism) is what I need. I just wanted to check that this is indeed the only part required and also bearing in mind the age of the shower, will the new part be compatible?

Kind Regards,

David.
