This question is regarding Bristan Artisan thermostatic shower cartridge - CART11

Bristan Artisan

I've a concealed thermostatic valve and identified as the above. It has the red push button override button and is at least 5 years old. The hot water isn't coming through hot enough.

Is this cart11 the only possiblity?

To be sure, you will need to supply us with a picture of the cartridge, as this sounds like the problem area.
