This question is regarding Bristan Artisan Thermostatic Surface Mounted Bar Shower Valve & Fast Fit Connections - Shower Spares

CARTRIDGE

I HAVE A BRISTAN ARTISAN SHOWER FED DIRECTLY OFF THE MAINS VIA A COMBI BOILER. IT WAS FITTED IN 2007 AND GAS BEEN GREAT UNTIL NOW. THE WATER TEMP IS ONLY LUKE WARM AT ALL TEMPERATURE SETTINGS FROM 38 DEGREES UPWARDS. WATER TEMPERATURE FROM THE HOT TAPS IN BATH ND SINK ARE NORMAL. I CONCLUDE I NEED TO REPLACE THE BAR SHOWER CARTRIDGE. DO YOU CONCUR? I GATHER I NEED THE CARTRIDGE 06734B IS THAT RIGHT?

Check that the inlet filter is not blocked, and if not you may need a new,

but check which cartridge you have by removing it.
