Not Threaded?

Hope you can help bristan quadrant cartridge are there more than one type? mine looks like it is threaded its at least 6 years old

There are a number of different Quadrant’s I don’t which oneyou have

 

Can you send us a photo of the shower? One with the knobs onand one with the knobs removed, or you may be able to strip the cartridge outand ID it yourself, or you may be able to ID it from the list of Quadrantshere.
