This question is regarding Bristan Capri Manual Concealed Shower Valve with Diverter - Shower Spares

bristan capri shower

just had this installed, the lever at the front only moves anti clockwise, and in the neutral position sits slightly to the left, whats the problem?

Since the shower is a new install , you will have the operation manual. The lever is turned anti clockwise for temperature and pulled out to turn the water on. Anything else will be in the fault finding section of the manual.
