This question is regarding Bristan Cartridge (threaded) - CART 06734A

Bristan Quest (Recessed) Shower will not switch off.

The shower takes many attempts to switch off. I have to turn back and forth as quick and hard as I can before it will turn off - usually on the 6th - 10th attempt. Can someone please advise what might be causing this and what I would need to do to repair this. many thanks in advance for anyone that

on the hot or cold side or both.
