Hi, how much does the slider let the head pivot? I have one which stops it at an angle that directs the water straight in the eyes of kids, and I would like the option to pivot it to the extent the head is basically facing the floor directly. Not sure if thos makes sense...

Difficult to say without knowing which head you are using because the heads are all at as slightly different angle.

However if you think about the way the hose is held in the bracket it will adjust from beyond the vertical to beyond the horizontal.

So perhaps using your description from pointing slightly up the wall to pointing to the floor
