This question is regarding Bristan Ceramic Disc Valve - VLV 04070TER-OF

bristan shower valve

five year old bristan chrome shower unit and now their is a leak in the valve which does not shut off and water keeps coming out of the shower head.

however I dont know which model the shower is and which part needs to be replaced
