This question is regarding Bristan Chill Three Control Thermostatic Concealed Valve Only With Stopcock and Two Outlets Chrome and Black - Shower Spares

my client has a shower similar to the adjacent one (bristan chill three control) fails to shut off completetly after use. The trouble is I can not find the name of manufacture except FS2 on the cover plate. I just wonder if you could help

The FS2 is not really a help at this stage could you perhaps send us a photo of the valve and better still a photo of the on/off valve.
