Removing the end cap(s) to fit new slider

I have view your help videos but can't see one that matches the one pictured (attached). I need to remove an end cap in order to fit a new Bristan slider. There is a slot in each end cap but I am not sure of the action required to release a cap without damage. Please advise. Thank you

You need to push the end caps up, to release them.
