This question is regarding Bristan Slider for Oval Shower Rails (Chrome) - SLID 765150 02 CA

Shower head holder

I have just received one of these sliders to replace one that had broken. I fitted the slider easily but the grey shower head holder is so tight I can't get it to swivel up and down. Is there an easy way to get it to move as they way it is now the shower head is pointing directly into your face

No , sorry , but these are built so as that the head does not slip down.

You may get it moving easier if you use some WD 40 on it.
