Pipe shroud to cover tile cut out.

Hi. I am an installer. I have managed to break one of the chrome, (plastic) pipe collars that cover up inlet pipe cutout in tiles. They are shown as part of item 3 in exploded view of parts. Bristan want to sell me the whole elbow assembly for an extortionate fee, but I only need the collar. Can you help?
