Shower not giving hot water

In would check that the filters coming into your shower are clean, if they are OK then you are going to need a new cartridge.

How much would a new cartridge cost. The cartridge is the long bar with the hot and cold water inlet? I would prefer replacing the bar instead of small components. Please could you give me a price ASAP. Many thanks.
